Refund Policy

Digital products

Templates, ebooks, and tools are delivered electronically and licensed for immediate use, so purchases are final in most cases. We'll issue a refund or replacement if:

• The file is corrupted, missing, or otherwise doesn't work as delivered
• The product is materially different from what was described on the shop page

Refund requests along these lines are handled if raised within 14 days of purchase. Change-of-mind refunds — you bought it, then decided you didn't need it — aren't offered, since the product is usable the moment it's delivered.

Evergreen HubSpoke System guarantee

The Evergreen HubSpoke System carries its own guarantee, separate from the general digital-product terms above: a full refund if you follow the Quickstart and can't get a working site live within 7 days, claimed within 30 days of purchase.

Consulting engagements

Refunds for consulting work follow whatever's written into the specific engagement agreement for that project, since scope and timeline vary. If no separate agreement exists yet, a deposit paid to hold time is refundable up until work has actually started; it isn't refundable once work is underway.
