Acceptance of these terms
By using ignepublishing.com, requesting consulting through it, or purchasing a digital product from it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site offers
IGNE Publishing is operated by IGNE Publishing, LLC. It showcases a network of digital properties, offers consulting services related to building and operating similar sites, and sells digital products (templates, ebooks, and tools) related to that work.
Digital products
Digital products are licensed for your own use, not for resale, redistribution, or republishing as your own work. Buying a product doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying code, design, or writing — it grants you a license to use it in your own projects.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, all sales are final once the files have been sent, except where a product is defective or materially different from what was described — see the Refund Policy for specifics.
Consulting engagements
Submitting a brief through the consulting form or booking a call doesn't itself create a contract. Actual consulting work — scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment — is governed by a separate agreement between you and IGNE Publishing, confirmed before work begins.
Intellectual property
The design, code, and writing on ignepublishing.com belong to IGNE Publishing, LLC unless otherwise noted. The properties listed in the manifest belong to their respective owners (IGNE Publishing, LLC, or the named client, where applicable) and are shown here as portfolio examples.
No warranty
The site, its content, and its digital products are provided as-is. We don't guarantee that a template, tool, or piece of advice will produce a specific business result — results depend on factors outside our control, including how something is implemented.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IGNE Publishing isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, its products, or consulting advice given through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
