How to structure a content-heavy website before you build it

Most expensive website problems are decided before a line of code: a page nobody can find, three articles competing for the same question, a menu that grew a More tab. This workbook moves those decisions onto paper, where they're cheap to change.
It follows five stages: Plan, Map, Connect, Test, Build. You'll write a one-sentence purpose the whole site can be tested against, inventory your content, group it into hubs, test your navigation, map real user journeys, and finish with a final sitemap scored on a five-part stress test. It ends with a clear decision: build, rework, or research more.
Every section includes a worked example from one illustrative project, so you can see what a good answer looks like.
